Registration Procedures
All players must check-in at the event site between 8-8:30am on Saturday and 8:30-9:00 on Sundays. If you are not in
the registration line by the check-in closing time, you will be subject to a
late fee. Get there early and avoid the late fee. There will be no excuses for
being late!
All players must be Great American Volleyball members to play in an event.
Membership forms will be available at the event site.
All players must present their Membership card at the check-in tent at EVERY
event!
Weather Policies
Great American Volleyball events are only cancelled due to severe weather. We
play in the rain, wind and cold (maybe not all together).
If the weather forecast is absolutely awful, Great American Volleyball will
post the tournament cancellation in advance on the tour website and office
phone. Out of respect to our long distance players we will announce
cancellations as early as possible. However, sometimes it can be a last minute
decision.
If Great American Volleyball has not cancelled the event, you must show up and
be ready to play. If a player chooses to cancel their registration, that player
must do so before 4:00PM on the Friday prior to the event or else that player
will be subject to a walk-on fee at the next event.
